Engaging all students in high levels of learning.

At Monmouth Elementary School, we are a diverse community of learners who are compassionate and open-minded critical thinkers. We use evidence of student learning to inform and improve our practice, and to better meet the needs of individual students. We teach the essential learnings of our agreed upon curriculum, unit by unit. We use open communication with parents and caregivers. We implement SWIM expectations to encourage exemplary behavior and facilitate academic success. We build relationships that encourage an environment of trust, safety, and inclusiveness.
